When Renae W, a mother from the U.S., became pr.e..gn..a.nt for the sixth time, she was very active and began sharing pictures of her pr.e..gn..a.nt belly on TikTok.
Initially, Renae posted videos about her recovery and journey toward sobriety, but she shifted her focus after becoming pr.e..gn..a.nt.
When TikToker Renae W decided to share her pr.e..gn..a.n..cy journey and her enormous belly on social media, she faced skepticism and a doctor who started to question her.
However, in the end, Renae would prove all the doubters wrong when it came time for her to give birth…
One of the reasons she garnered so much attention and quickly amassed a large following was because of her enormous belly.
The initial videos she posted didn’t receive much engagement, but as time passed and her belly grew larger, Renae started getting millions of views on her channel. Many were convinced she was carrying multiple babies, with some speculating she might be expecting as many as eight.
However, Renae was certain there was only one baby in her womb.
“Yes, it’s just one. I’m sure,” she stated in one of her videos.
The mother of four did not provide any medical explanation for her enormous stomach, which only fueled more rumors and theories.
According to Renae, despite the comments and concerns from doctors, everything was normal.
“I had an ultrasound not that long ago; the fluid is normal, and the baby is measuring a week and four days ahead,” she said.
Nevertheless, some people couldn’t resist criticizing the mother. One doctor, who would be expected to be supportive, expressed concern for Renae. The medical expert was clearly shocked upon seeing pictures of her belly and suggested that the mother-to-be should be worried.
“As a doctor, you should be ashamed of yourself for this video, especially when I’m not your patient,” she wrote.
Renae explained that her short height made her stomach appear larger than it actually was.
One person commented, “I swear you have like four twins in there.”
Another user said, “There’s a full-grown adult in there.”
Fortunately, some people stepped up to defend her.
“Every woman carries differently. Every pr.e..gn..a.n…c.y is different. Every pr.e..gn..a.n…c.y is unique!” one woman wrote.
Another commenter added: “I can’t believe he would even say that to you knowing absolutely nothing about your pr.e..gn..a.n…c.y.”

It was finally time to prove the doubters wrong about Renae carrying just one baby. She delivered her big boy via a scheduled C-section.
The newborn weighed 9lb 8oz and measured 22 & 1/2 inches tall. Renae mentioned that her son inherited a “big head” from his dad, measuring 15 inches around. Most importantly, her baby boy arrived healthy and well.
